慢性萎缩性胃炎的前瞻性观察50例

Prospective Study on 50 Cases of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

本文对中医辨证分型治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎进行了前瞻性观察.所有病例(50例)均经胃镜及病理活检确诊.服药6～12个月,50例患者最少随访5年以上.以胃镜、病理活检结合临床症状作为判断疗效依据.结果近、远期均获得较好疗效.其中萎缩消失者23例,占46%.

A prospective study on chronic atrophic gastritis treated by traditional Chinese medicine according to differentiation of syndromes was undertaken in 50 cases diagnosed by gastro-scope and pathological biopsy. All patients received 6-10 months treatment and over 5 years follow-up. Shortterm and longterm observation all showed a good therapeutic effect the patients received. The gastratrophia disappeared in 23 cases (46%).
