摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法制备了负载型Co-Fe催化剂,提出并考察了二段重整制氢的可行性及制氢效果,在水醇比2.5、氧醇比0.5、液空速12 h-1、床层温度523℃、Co-Fe催化剂作用下的乙醇转化率为97.0%,H2选择性为2.80,H2产率为2.72。Cu催化剂作用下的CO的变换反应有效地降低了CO含量,提高了H2含量。
Used Sol - Gel method to prepare the supported Co - Fe catalyst, proposod and inspected the feasibility and effect by two sections reforming to product hydrogen. At the 2.5 molar ratio of water to ethanol, 0.5 molar ratio of oxygen to ethanol, 12h -1 liquid space velocity, the reaction ternperature is 523℃, under the Co - Fe catalyst, the conversion rate of ethanol is 97.0%, the selectivity of hydrogen is 2.80 and the production rate Of hydrogen is 2.72. Under the Cu catalyst function , CO water - gas shift reaction effectively reduced the CO content and enhanced the hydrogen content Under the Cu catalyst function CO transformation response effectively.
