心脑宁胶囊对血瘀型高脂血症降脂作用临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Xin Nao Ning Capsule in Treating Hyperlipoproteniemia( Blood Stasis Type)

本文对127例血瘀型高脂血症患者进行临床血液流变学观察,证实高脂血症患者的血脂含量和血液粘滞度呈现正相关性,其主要成因是由于PGI_2/T×A_2比率失调,及纤维蛋白原、血小板粘附聚集升高等而导致血液粘度增高,因此推断应用活血化瘀药物可以起到调脂作用,其原理可能是应用活血化瘀法恢复脾肾功能,改善血液粘度,使体内胆固醇和甘油三酯的合成抑制和吸收或增加他们的排泄和分解.临床应用自制心脑宁胶囊对血瘀型高脂血症患者进行治疗,证实有良好的调脂效果.从临床和实验室推断“心脑宁”胶囊治疗机制可能是作用于血细胞及纤维蛋白原,起到抑制凝血、激活纤溶,从而改善病人血液粘度.达到降低LDL-ch,升高HDL-ch效果.

The blood 'rheology of hyperlipoprotememia( blood stasis type) was observed in 127 patients. It was found that blood lipid and blood viscosity are positive correlation. The inbalance of PGI_2/TXA_2 ratio and the increase of fibrinogen and platelet adhesiveness and aggregation causing the increase of blood viscosity are the major causes. Therefore, we inferred the medicines for promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis could drop blood lipid. Xin Nao Ning capsule, prepared by the authors,had been demonstrated having a good therapeutic effect in dropping blood lipid. The possible mechanism of therapeutic action may be the medicine inhibiting blood coagulation, activating the fibrinolytic system, improving blood viscosity, decreasing serum LDL-C and increasing HBL-C.
