《江泽民文选》中关于科学研究和科研管理工作的论述,特别是关于加强马克思主义中国化研究、加强哲学社会科学研究、加强科研工作的创新和抓好科研人才队伍建设等论述,对于在构建和谐社会中进一步加强理论创新、开展科研管理工作具有重要的指导意义。加强全国行政学院系统科研工作的交流与合作,应进一步拓宽和完善在以往合作实践中已搭建的科研课题合作、学术研讨会议、学术期刊论文交流、科研网络化管理、科研成果奖励等7个平台,总结经验继续努力,扎扎实实地搞好今后的科研合作。
