论我国非营利组织之营利问题

非营利组织的营利问题是指非营利组织对其非营利性原则的背离。目前,我国部分非营利组织在一定程度上存在着营利问题。对此,首先要严格营利组织与非营利组织的界限,细化非营利组织的分类;其次要完善非营利组织自身的治理结构;最后要增强其运行的透明度,加强外界的监督。
