本文提出一种面向问题的描述语言ＰＯＬ，论述了实现由ＰＯＬ程序向特定面向过程的高级语言源程序转换的翻译系统ＴＲＡＮＳ，两者在方法库的支撑下构成了一种通用的辅助软件开发环境ＰＯＬＴＲＡＮＳ。它适用于拥有大量规范软件方法积累的领域。

In this paper, POL, a problem-oriented description language, is proposed, and a translator TRANS which translate POL program into a definite high-level procedure-oriented language source program is stated. Further more, A common software assistant development environment POLTRANS is formed by employing the supported systems of method-base. POLTRANS is suitable for the field that has rich standardize method resources.
