摘要 目的:探讨凋亡抑制基因Surv iv in在卵巢癌中的表达及其与临床病理资料的关系。方法:采用RT-PCR和W estern b lot检测20例卵巢癌及正常卵巢组织中surv iv ivn基因的表达情况。结果:通过统计分析,发现Surv iv in在卵巢癌组织中表达明显高于正常组织。结论:Surv iv in可能在卵巢癌的发生发展中起一定的作用。 Objective：To explore the expression of the apoptotic inhibitor gene,surviving,and its clinical significance in ovarian carcinoma. Methods：RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the expression of surviving gene mRNA and protein in 20 ovarian carcinoma samples and 20 normal ovarian samples. Results：Expresslon of survivin both on mRNA and protein levels showed significantly higher in samples with the ovarian carcinoma than the normal sample. Conclusions;Survivin gene maybe involved in progression of ovarian carcinoma.
