An Analysis of Total Factor Productivity in Jiangsu Province

采用全要素生产率的分析方法对江苏省经济增长源泉进行了定量分析,探讨了资本因素、劳动力因素和广义的技术进步对增长的贡献,发现资本对江苏经济增长起着重要作用,转变经济增长方式的核心是制度创新和技术创新。

This paper gives a quantitative analysis of the economic growth factors in Jiangsu province by analyzing total factor productivity. And it discusses the contribution of capital, labor and the generalized technology to economic growth. We find that capital plays an important role in economic growth in Jiangsu province. The key to transform the way of economic growth lies in institutional innovation and technological innovation.
