摘要
分析了“构建—整合”的边疆发展模式的历史和现实依据,认为“构建—整合”模式是中国共产党和人民政府边疆治理政策的重大创新,必将对边疆地区社会的进步和各族人民的共同富裕产生深远的影响。
The historical and realistic basis of the borderland development model of ＂ construction-combination ＂ is analyzed. Considers that the ＂construction-combination＂ model is a significant innovation of border area policy by the CCP and government. It would have profound influence to the social progress of border area and common prosperity of the people of all ethnic groups.
