酒中甲醇含量测定的不确定度分析

目的对气相色谱法测定酒中甲醇的不确定度进行评估,探讨该方法测定的置信度和准确度。方法找出影响测量不确定度的各种因素,对不确定度分量进行评估,给出该分析项目的测量不确定度。结果本方法的检出限为0．001 g／100ml。当样品浓度为0．0288g/100ml时,其测量的扩展不确定度为6．1x10-4g/100ml。结论该方法适用于酒中甲醇含量测定的不确定度评估,对其它方法如液相色谱法,原子吸收法等不确定度的评定具有指导意义。

Objective To uncertainly evaluate the Methyl alcohol in liquor. Methods To find out the factors affect the degree of Methyl alcohol and to evaluate uncertainly in the Methyl alcohol. Results The detection limit of this method was 0.001 g/100 ml. The uncertainty spread degree of Methyl alcohol in liquor was 6.1×10^-4 g/100 ml as the sample concentration was in 0.288 g/100 ml. Conclusion This method of uncertain evaluation is significance to other analytical methods such as HPLC and AAS etc.
