摘要
兰州石化公司炼油厂3号喷气燃料经过加氢精制后颜色变深,安定性变差,银片腐蚀不合格,严重影响了3号喷气燃料的生产。针对3号喷气燃料出现的质量问题,考察了不合格的原因,提出了解决办法,使3号喷气燃料质量合格率达100%。
The color of 3 # jet fuel produced by Lanzhou Petrochemical Company deepened after hydrotreating, and its stability became bad, silver strip corrosion was disqualified. The remarkable negative effect on has been found. The reasons of tmqualification of silver corrosion in hydrogenated jet fuel is analyzed It mainly resulted from high contents of basic nitrogen. Thus, measures to suppress the problem are put forward to make the 3 # jet fuel totaLly qualified. The refining system was revamped After revamping, the product quality met the national standards.
