On the Achievement and Necessity of Gansu Crop Production Development during Sino-Japanese War

全面抗战爆发后,国民政府被迫将西北作为持久抗战之基地,并对即将破产的西北农业经济进行了以粮棉为主的规模开发,甘肃农业经济得到较大的发展。此次开发在促进甘肃粮棉生产发展的同时,也为抗战作出了巨大的贡献。

Mter the comprehensive Sino -Japanese War broke out, China lost half country. So the national government has to take the northwest as the base of the lasting Sino - Japanese War. Then the agricultural economy of northwest was developed. As a result, the agricultural of Gansu was developed too. And the development not only promoted agricultural economy development of Gansu, but made the tremendous contribution for the Sino -Japanese War.
