摘要
组织研究是社会科学中最有价值的课题。在20世纪后期,随着从工业社会向后工业社会历史转型过程的开启,任务型组织作为一个显著的组织形式呼唤着组织理论家们的关注。此前,常规组织一直是组织理论关注的对象,也是在现实生活和社会管理中发挥基础性作用的组织形式。然而,在新的历史条件下,任务型组织成了一个急迫的和需要加以理论探讨的组织现象。任务型组织具有临时性,但是,不能归结为临时性组织。审视行政改革的实践,在任务型组织的视点上,可以提出全新的思路。
Organization research is the most valuable project in social science. Since the late 20th century, with the historical transformation of the society from industrial to post - industrial society, task - oriented organization has caught the organization theorists' eyes as a remarkable organization form. Before it, routine organization used to be the focus of organization theory, and play a fundamental role in real life and social management. Under the new circumstance, task - oriented organization has become an imperative organizational phenomenon that needs theoretical study. Task - oriented organization has a characteristic of temporariness, but it does not belong to the temporary organization. A brand - new outlook of reviewing the practice of administrative reform can be put forward from the standpoint of task - oriented organization.
