立足于广义工程技术教育(含工、农、医、管四类)的基本矛盾,围绕建设教育强省、推进产业结构升级等战略目标,提出优化我省工、农、医、管类高等教育的对策性建议:瞄准方向,务使我省广义工程技术教育面向世界与未来;努力维持知识、人力资本投入在国民经济两大部类之间的平衡;充分发挥比较优势,适当调整我省相关学科专业招生规模的配置;合理调整层次结构,努力提高我省广义工程技术教育的档次和质量;推进信息化进程,走跨越式发展道路;优化集成,努力建立高效集约的广义工程技术教育体制与模式。
