大学生已经成为新党员的主要来源。我们必须从思想上高度重视培养大学生的党务工作能力,找准教师党员和学生党员的角色定位,处理好党员与老师、学生与党支部负责人等不同角色间的关系;充分发挥党校功能,坚持把培训工作落在实处;注重在实践中培养和锻炼学生党员。

Nowadays, university students are the main resource to constitute the new party members. Therefore, we must enhance their initiation in taking up the Party work. Meanwhile, the roles of the teacher party members and student party members must be defined respectively, and the rehtionship between party members and teachers, students and people in charge of party league branch be clarified. The functions of Party schools must also be given a full play, so that the training work can be carried out literally. Finally, attention must be paid on training and cultivating student party members in practice.
