摘要
教师是高校可持续发展和开发价值最高的战略资源,教师引进工作己成为市场经济条件下高校与应聘教师之间的博弈过程。文章从博弈参与方、博弈信息、博弈双方的策略组合、博弈次序、博弈双方的收益均衡五个方面探讨高校教师引进过程中的博弈行为,确立学校在教师引进博弈过程中的应对策略,并对引进教师绩效考核进行博弈分析,以期对高校教师队伍建设工作提供参考。
Teachers are the most valuable strategic resources in the sustainable development of institutions of higher edueation. Under the market economy situation, the introduction of teachers has become a game process between institutions and teachers to be employed. This paper discusses the application of this theory for teacher introduction from the following aspects of the game: attendants, information, tactics, order and balance of profits. The paper finally puts in introducing teachers, and holds that game analysis be used in estimating a teacher's performance.
