摘要
用彩色多普勒超声记录了6只正常犬的右上肺静脉血流,同时用左心导管直接测量左房压力及肺静脉压力,以心电图同步分析研究它们之间的相互关系。结果显示肺静脉血流形态为双峰。S峰流速为59.44±16.23cm/s,D峰流速为51.64±10.67cm/s。二尖瓣血流形态为舒张期双峰,E峰流速为74.24±12.93cm/s,A峰流速为39.2±13.39cm/s。左房压力与肺静脉压力呈正相关,相关系数为0.76;左房压与肺静脉血流呈负相关,相关系数为-0.86;与肺静脉血流积分为-0.99;二尖瓣血流积分和肺静脉血流积分呈正相关,相关系数为0.76。结果表明肺静脉血流是二尖瓣血流的重要组成部分,并且受左房压变化的影响,掌握好这一现象,有助于临床某些心脏病的诊断。
The blood flow of right upper pulmonary vein of 6 normal dogs had been recorded by Colour Doppler Ultrasonic examination. The left auricular pressure and pulmonary venous pressure had been directly measured by left cardiac catheter, and the mutual relationship between them had ben synchronously analyzed and studied. The results showed that the pattern of pulmonary venous blood now were double - peak type. The now rate of S peak was 59. 4 ± 16. 33cm/s and the D peak was 51. 64 ± 10. 67cm/s. The Pattern of blood flow of mitral valve was a diastolic double-peak. The flow rate of E peak was 74. 24 ± 12. 93cm/s and the A peak was 39. 2 ± 13. 39cm/s. The left auricular pressure had a positive correlation with the pulmonary venous pressure, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 76. The left auricular pressure had a negative correlation with the pulmonary venous blood flow and the correlation coefficient was - 0. 86. The integral of pulmonary venous blood flow was - 0. 99. The integral of the bind flow of mitral valve had a positive correlation with the integral of pulmonary venous blood flow, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 76. The results showed that the pulmonary venous bood flow was a inportant composition of the blood flow of mitral valve, and which was influenced by the change of left auricular pressure. To well master this phenomenon should be helpful to the clinical diagnosis of some heart disease.
