监狱人民警察品德现状调查及增进途径

Investigation of the Present Situation of Jail Police's Moral and Its Promotion

采用“监狱人民警察品德问卷”对1195名监狱人民警察实施品德现状调查,结果表明:监狱人民警察的道德意志、道德情感、道德行为处于优秀水平,道德观念处于良好程度。提高监狱人民警察品德水平的基本途径有道德教育与制度伦理建设两个方面。

The investigation of the character of the 1195 polices were made through the＂the moral investigation questionnaire form＂. The results showed that the moral will, moral sensibility, ethical conduct are all at the outstanding level, and moral values is at good degree. Ways to improve the ethical and moral level consists of two parts including basic education and ethical system construction.
