教学质量是高校生存与发展的生命线。现在高校办学规模发展很快,但教学质量并没有同步提高。建立健全教师课堂教学质量评估制度,势在必行。需要通过转变思想观念,科学设计制度,严格规范操作等途径来不断完善教学质量评估制度,促进教学质量提高。

Teaching quality is vital to the survival and development of colleges and universities, while teaching quality isn＇ t scaled up to correspond to the enlarging scale of colleges and universities. Therefore, it is urgent to build and perfect evaluation system of teaching quality so as to improve teaching quality. To achieve it we should change our ideas, design the system scientifically and make strict regulations on its practice.
