高职院校学生课堂流失的现状调查与分析

Survey and Analysis of the Loss of Students at Class in Vocational College

高职院校相当一部分学生存在逃课现象。学生对教师的教学方法和课程教学内容,尤其是教材满意度不高,影响其学习积极性;教师对学生的态度及其就业期待也成为影响学生学习积极性的较重要因素。针对学生课堂流失的现状及其影响因素,需要深化教学改革、加强高职特色的教材建设、提高教师的授课水平、加强课堂教学管理的监控力度。

A number of students in vocational colleges have ever been absent from class. Students are not satistoed with teaching methods and course content of teachers, particularly the teaching materials, which affect their learning positive; meanwhile, employment expectations of students and teachers view has become important factors for the enthusiasm of the students in class. Facing the facts and influence of the problem, we need to deepen educational reform and strengthen vocational characteristics of the materials, improve the teaching level and strengthen the monitoring and controlling work of class.
