重组人干扰素a-2b栓治疗宫颈糜烂临床观察

Clinical Observation of Recombinant Human Interferon a-2b Suppository in Treating Cervical Erosion

目的观察重组人干扰素a-2 b对宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法对208例宫颈糜烂患者,随机分为两组,一组使用重组人干扰素a-2b,一组使用甲硝唑。结果治疗1～2个疗程,重组人干扰素a-2b组的有效率为88．18%,高于甲硝唑组。结论重组人干扰素a-2b治疗宫颈糜烂疗效显著,患者依从性好。

Objective To investigate the effects of reconbinant human interfei＇on （rhINF） a-2b in treating cervical erosion, Methods 208 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the study group treated with reconbinant human interferon （rhINF） a - 2b and the control group treated with metronidazole. Results After one or two courses of treatment, the effective rate of the study group was 88.18%, significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusions The curative effect is significant, and the patients have good dependence.
