摘要
用实验法与问卷调查法,了解长期交谊舞运动对中老年女性身心健康的影响.结果表明,参加交谊舞运动的中老年女性,在身体成分、心肺功能和心理状况方面都发生改变,体脂减少,体脂百分比下降,体重指数正常,腰臀比例降低,血压下降,肺活量增大,心理状况比实验前有了明显的改善.因此,长期坚持参加交谊舞运动对改善身体成分、提高身体机能和调节心理状态具有积极意义.
The effect of long-termed social dancing on the health of the middle-age and aged women is investigated with experiment method and questionnaire investigation method. The results show: after a period of social dancing, the middle-age and aged women improves in body composition, cardiovascular function and psychological condition, and the body fat decreases; the percentage of body fat drops , the weight index is non nal; the waist buttocks proportion reduces; the blood pressure drops; the vitalcapacity increases; the psychological condition has got obvious improvement before experiment. This Hints: Keeping on social dancing for a long period is good for improving body composition, changing body function and adjusting psychological state .
