对以往的经济法的调整对象进行了评述,然后从经济关系演进的角度提出了自己的观点,即经济法的调整对象是人们在社会化大生产中的增量利益关系,进而试图从微观和宏观层面上具体阐述并构建经济法的调整对象。

This article,firstly, makes a commentary on the regulated object of the economic law before . Then , from the angel of economic relations evolution ,the author raises his own point of view ： the regulated object of economic law is the incremental profit relations among the people in social production . After that ,from the microscopic and macroscopic level, he tries to expound and constitute the regulated object of economic law concretely.
