摘要
地磁异常的情况下,钻井或地质钻探必须使用不受磁力影响的陀螺测斜仪。介绍了双转子电磁补偿挠性支承陀螺测斜仪的原理和特点,研究了其专用硬件电路及误差补偿技术。实验表明,陀螺电源、传感器稳频稳幅电路和力矩伺服回路设计合理;通过数据处理方法对陀螺仪漂移进行补偿,使方位测量精度大为提高。设计基本满足测井的实际需要。
Gyroscope inclinometer is not interfered by outer abnormal magnetic field. This paper describes the principle, performance and purpose-designed circuits of a gyroscope inclinometer with electromagnetic compensation and flexible supporting structure. Its power supply, and frequency and amplitude stabilized circuit of sensor are reasonable designed; the transformation function analysis of the moment servo loop is presented; the precision of orientational measurement is enhanced with static error model to compensate the gyroscope's drift. The design of the gyroscope inclinometer could basically meet the requirement of well logging.
