摘要
利用APDL的程序与宏技术组织管理ANSYS的有限元分析命令,实现参数化建模,施加参数化载荷与求解以及参数化后处理结果的显示,以实现参数化有限元分析全过程。在参数化的分析过程中,可以简单修改其中的参数,达到反复分析各种尺寸、不同载荷大小的多种设计方案的目的。通过对某舰艇桅杆的优化设计,简要阐述了基于APDL的优化设计的基本概念及设计过程,描述了桁架桅杆的优化设计过程,对优化结果进行了分析。
APDL (ANSYS parametric design language) based program and macro control statement are adopted to organize and process the finite element command list of ANSYS. Realization of parametric modeling, applying parametric load and acquiring solution as well as results display after parametric process, are then achieved to implement the overall process of parametric finite element analysis. In the process of parametric analysis, one of the parameters can be simply modified to have repeated analyses of manifold designs with various sizes and loads. Based on the optimization design of a certain ship mast, the basic concept and process of APDL based design are expounded. The optimization design of truss mast is also described and the design results analyzed.
