摘要
文章阐述了“合同”是项目管理的“圣经”,“施工”必须按“圣经”办事。通过两年多对海外施工合同的管理与实践,作者对此颇有心德感受,同时对国人根深蒂固的人治大于法治的意识进行了深刻的剖析,对合同管理中各主体方的权、责、利关系和自身资源配置、自身项目团队的打造等一一进行了论述。
It was expatiated in this text that Contract is the 'Bible' for a project management,so construction must be according to the 'Bible'.Through the management and practice of oversea project contract more than two years,the author had got a plenty of experience in connection with contract management,at the same time,made a deep analysis to the ingrained consciousness held by our countrymen that the rule of men is higher than rule by law and discoursed upon the relation of each principal part of contract management in right,liability and benefit as well as the resource allocation and the project group train in house.
