Elementary Introduction on the Equipment and Material Management in International Project

参与水利水电国际工程施工已经逐步成为水电施工企业的新任务,设备物资的管理成为项目施工工程质量、进度、成本的主要因素;文章论述了在国际工程设备物资管理工作中存在的问题、分析其原因,根据实际情况提出解决办法。

It is a new task for hydroelectricity construction enterprises to take part in international water conservancy and hydroelectricity project,so the management of equipment and material becomes the critical factor for the quality,progress and cost of project construction;it was discussed in this text that the problems occurring in the management of equipment and material in international project,analyzed the reason and gave the method to solve the problems according to practical situation.
