重瓣大岩桐继代过程中休眠现象的影响因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 以重瓣大岩桐(Sinningia speciosa Benth.et Hook.)的两个不同品种“火红”和“鹿苑”为试验材料,通过对其叶片外植体进行离体培养,以不同培养基,不同pH值、无机盐浓度、蔗糖浓度及低温避光等进行处理,研究其对休眠的影响。结果表明:采用MS培养基、蔗糖浓度为2%,同时对试管苗进行低温(15℃)黑暗预处理10d能有效降低试管苗休眠的发生。 Based on an experiment which was carried out on two kinds of double petals common Sinningia speciosa Benth.et Hook. named as "huohong" and "luyuan" respectively, after the explants of leaves were cultivated in vitro, the influence factors to dormancy including culture medium, pH, inorganic salt concentration, cane sugar concentration, temperature and light were studied in this paper. The result indicated the dormancy of test-tube plantlet could be reduced effectively when MS culture medium, 2% of cane sugar concentration, low temperature (15 ℃) and dark for 10 day was used as experimental condition.
