摘要
以异丙醇胺、环戊酮和二氯乙酰氯为原料,苯作溶剂,三乙胺为缚酸剂,采用“一锅法”合成了标题化合物,采用正交试验法得到最佳反应条件:苯作溶剂,反应的温度为5~10℃,搅拌时间为2h,产率达到37.4%。并采用TLC、UV和IR对该化合物进行了表征。
The title compound was synthesized by "one-pot" method with isopropan olamine 、cyclopentanone and dichloroacetyl chloride as starting materials, benzene as solvent, triethylamine as catalyst. The optimum reaction conditions was taking benzene as reaction solvent, setting reaction temperature at 5~10℃ and stirring for 2 h. The reaction yield was 37.4%. The structure of final compound was characterized by TLC、UV and IR.
