摘要
以库尔勒香梨休眠枝条为试材,采用60CO~γ射线以不同剂量对其进行辐射。经研究枝条变异率为32.83%,主要出现多叉枝、节间丛缩枝条;叶片形态变异率15.99%,多出现大叶、波状叶缘、小叶、叶中部向内凹陷、两叶尖、缺叶。研究还表明随着剂量的升高嫁接成活率出现降低趋势,另外重复小剂量的照射可以使诱发突变的频率增加,而嫁接成活率不减。
By using the Kuele Pears'dormant branches as material, the study had been focused on the different radiation in 60Co ~ gamma rays. The study showed the branch variation rate was 32.83%, resulting in more cross branch and stanza shorten branch; the rate of the leaves'pattern variability was 15.99%, resulting in big leaves, ripple leaves, small leaves, central inward dented leaves, two leaf points and lacking leaves. The research also showed that with the higher radiation the living rate decreased. Repeating small radiation would increase the frequency of the mutations and would not change the living rate.
