摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法从杜梨花中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定。共分离出46个峰,确定了其中的45种,所鉴定化合物的含量占全油的87.84%,主要化学成分为:二十一烷(60.05%);二十八烷(4.48%);(E,E)-3,7,11-三甲基-2,6,10-三烯十二-1-醇(4.43%);6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五酮(2.27%);2-甲氧基[1]苯噻吩-[2,3-c]喹啉-6(5H)-酮(1.98%);Iron,monocarbonyl-(1,3-butad iene-1,4-d icarbon ic ac id,d iethyl ester)a,a'-d ipyridyl(1.61%);[(2-氟苯)甲基]-1H-嘌呤-6-胺(1.07%);1,2-苯二羧酸-二异辛酯(1.02%)。以上八种化合物占总挥发油的76.91%,所得挥发油为淡黄色油状物,具有浓郁的芳香气味。
The essential oil from the flowers of Pyrus betulaefolia Bunge was abstracted by steam - stilling and analyzed by capillary GC -MS method. By capillary chromatography, more than 46 peaks were isolated, and 45 compounds were identified, which accounted for 87.84% of the total contents. The main chemical components of the oil were Heneicosane, Oetaeosane, ( E, E) -3,7,11 -trimethyl - 2,6,10 - Dodeeatrien - 1 - ol, 6,10,14 - trimethyl - 2 - Pentadecanone, 2 - methoxy [ 1 ] benzothieno [ 2,3 - c ] quinolin - 6 ( 5H ) - one, Iron monocarbonyl - (1,3 - butadiene - 1,4 - diearbonie acid, diethyl ester ) a, a' - dipyridyl, [ ( 2 - fluorophenyl ) methyl ] - 1H - Purin - 6 - amine, 1,2 - Benzene diearbo - xylie acid diisooctyl ester. The above eight compounds take up 76.91% of all the oils.
