摘要 本文对10种典型的知识管理框架进行对比分析,并在此基础上,提出一个三维的综合性框架。接着,从技术和整合两个角度对知识管理的研究活动进行总结概括,为指导企业成功实施知识管理提供一定的帮助。 This article analyses 10 kinds of the typical knowledge management framework for comparative, and on this basis proposes a three-dimensional integrated framework. Then, this paper summarizes knowledge management research from the technology and the conformity point of view, which provides certain help for the successful implementation of knowledge management.
