摘要
用钙锌含量为33O:1和516:1的日粮饲喂50~57日龄断乳仔猪120天,成功地复制了猪缺锌症.对猪被毛锌、铜含量及铜/锌比值的动态改变进行了观察.试验结果,试验组猪被毛中锌、铜含量呈逐渐下降,锌含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),但各组间被毛铜含量无显著差异(P>0.05);对照组猪被毛铜/锌比值呈现平稳下降,而试验组猪在试验第30~60日被毛铜/锌比值呈现持续升高.结果表明,猪被毛锌含量下降和铜/锌比值的持续升高是猪缺锌症早期诊断的重要指标.本次试验首次报告了缺锌症猪被毛铜/锌比值变化.
The parakeratosis in pigs was successfully copied by feeding rations in which the ratio of Ca to Zn was 330 or 516 to 1. The duration of the experiment was 120 days. The dynamic Changes of Zn and Cu and Cu/Zn in hair was observed. The results was as follows :the contents of Zn in hair of the two treated groups were obviously lower than that of the control group (P<0. 01), but the contents of Cu in hair were not significant different between all 3 groups (P>0. 05); the ratio of Cu to Zn of the control group decreased evenly, and the ratio of Cu to Zn of the two treated groups increased continually between the 30th and 60th days during the experiment. The results show that the decrease of the contents of Zn and the continual increase of Cu/Zn in pig's hair are important indication in the early diagnosis of parakeratosis in pigs. The dynamic changes of Cu/Zn in hair of parakeratosis in pigs are reported for first time at home and oversea.
