大学生自信与A型人格的关系研究

A Study on the Relations between Type A Personality and Self-confidence of College Students

为探讨大学生自信与A型人格的关系,采取了如下的方式进行研究:对376名大学生被试进行张伯源修订的A型人格测验量表。结果显示:自信是一个多维度多层次的心理系统,是个体对自己的积极肯定和确认程度,是对自身能力、价值等作出正向认知与评价的一种相对稳定的人格特征。自信的形成与发展既受个体自身内部因素的影响,也受个体外部环境因素的制约,是个体与环境交互作用的结果,是一个变化的动态过程,与其他人格特征及系统是密切联系、相互作用的。

The article explore the relationship between type A personality and self-confidence by sampling 376 college students as subjects based on Zhang Bo-yuan＇s Type A Personality Questionnaire and Self-confidence Scale. The results indicate that self-confidence, a multi-dimensional psychological system, is a relatively steadfast personality to positively recognize, and evaluate one＇s capabilities and values. It is a dynamic process to be influenced by an individual＇s internal and external factors, and interacted with other type A personalities.
