摘要
随着社会经济的发展,社会人才需求不断增加,高校招生规模也不断扩大,大学生就业难的问题正日益突出。激烈的市场竞争和还不完善的就业政策和制度,都使大学生在和用人单位双向选择的过程中处于弱势的地位。文章旨在探究大学生在就业过程中存在弱势的原因,并寻求解决问题的对策。
The article surveys the causes for graduates＇ disadvantages increasingly prominent in their job - seeking in the society of fierce competition, with imperfect rules and practices of employment, therefore seeking countermeasures to solve the problem.
