摘要
2005年7月23-24日,沧州市南运河以东的沧县、黄骅等区域普降暴雨,日降雨量达293.7mm,较为罕见,流域内沥涝面积1.08万hm^2(16.2万亩)。文中通过实测资料对本次暴雨、径流进行了分析,给出了在现状条件下运东区次暴雨“四水”转化特征,对以后该流域的水资源规划、洪水资源利用等具有重要的参考价值。
From July 23th to 24th in 2005, the regions of Cangxian and Huanghua etc. in the east of the South Canal of Cangzhou fell rain-storm widespreadly.Exceptionally, the day rainfall reached to 293.7mm. The area of water logging in the river valley is 10 800 hm^2(162 000 mu). Analyzing this rain-storm based on the data which were measured actually, we deduced the "Four-water" conversion characteristics of the rain-storm in east of the canal under the present condition,which is of referential value to the water resources programming of the river valley and the using of the flood resource.
