芦笋采后高温使其呼吸代谢水平提高,但采收时气温越高,芦笋幼茎呼吸强度则越低,黑暗处理比光处理呼吸强度高,光具有诱导呼吸峰出现的作用,高相对湿度比低相对湿度代谢水平低。
The respiratory metabolism rate was increased as the postharvest asparagus were treated by high temperature, but the respiratory intensity of asparagus spears is more and more low as harvest temperature of atmosphere was gradually rose.It was shown that respiratory intensity was higher in darkness than in lightness.Light can induce appearance of respiratory peak.Metabolic Level is lower in high RH than in low RH
