摘要
针对3Cr13马氏体不锈钢加工难点,分析给出影响其切削性能的主要因素,从刀具材料、刀具几何角度的选择与切削用量的确定等方面进行研究。实践证明,获得的经验对3Cr13不锈钢加工性能的改善效果明显。
In allusion to the difficulty of machining 3Cr13 martensitic stainless steel, the main factors of affecting processability are analyzed and introduced in this paper. The study is evolved from the selection of cutter material, cutter angle and the determination of cutting conditions. In practice, the experiences are very useful for improving the processability of 3Cr13 stainless steel.
