摘要
实种子外被刺状刚毛，种皮坚硬面厚实，吸水萌发极其困难，经测定，其种子结实率为６５．９％，生活力为５０．０％。发芽率仅有２５％，如果种子长期处于温暖湿润的环境而不萌发，其生活力继续下降。由此可知，实的种子特性是其在自然状态下濒危的重要原因之一。
There much strong indumentum on the surface of the seed of Kolkwitzia amabilis Graebn.It was hard to germinate for the seed with enough water because of its thick and hard seed coat.The seed set and seed vigor are low,one is 65.9%,the other is 50.0%.The seed germination percentage was only 25.0%.The seed vigor could become low if the seed was in a hot and wet state longly. It is suggested that the seed germination characters were one of the important factors which had caused the endangered status of Kolkwitzia amabilis Graebn.
