摘要
从减少环境污染的角度出发,通过单因素法和综合评定法研究开发了一种新型的无铬化学转化膜处理工艺——钛盐化学转化膜处理工艺.该转化液主要配方及工艺条件为钛盐0.5~1.5g/L,促进剂10%~23%,H2O21.4~1.6mL/L,少量添加剂(络合型),pH值在8~12,温度70℃左右,转化时间约40min.该配方处理工艺简单、对环境无污染,生成的膜均匀,呈灰色.盐雾实验11h以上,室内挂片60d以上无锈迹出现,耐蚀性较佳.
Based on the requires of environment protection, a new green titanium-based conversion solution, in which the surface of steel is passivated, was developed by single factor test and comprehension evaluation. The solution contains 0.5-1.5g/L titanium salts, 10%-23% accelerant, 1.4-1.6mL/L H2O2, and appropriate amounts of additive. The process is performed at a pH range of 8-12 and a controlled temperature of 70℃ for 40 min. The composition of this solution is simple and environmental friendly. The coating is smooth and gray in color, and could withstand the 11 h of salt test and was no any rust during the indoor exposure test for more than 60 days .
