摘要
应用热敏电阻温湿计法测定红枣在10~70℃全相对湿度范围内的平衡含水率,并与静态法比较。结果表明,该法与静态法测定结果(解吸)相同,但较静态法迅速、简便,可作为测定农产品平衡含水率的一种新方法。
The jujube' s equilibrium moisture content was determined by the thermal resistor thermohygrograph method in all the range of relative moisture in 10~70℃.The results showed that the measured value by thermohygrograph method is consistent compared with static state method,but that is swifter and more simple than static state method.The method of thermogrograph may be used as a new method determining equilibriummoisture content of farm production.
