宁夏滩羊毛皮“梦幻色”染色技术与产品

采用德国巴斯夫公司环保型拔染荆，结合水浴染、喷染、印染、扎染、熏蒸等方式的间歇式拔染技术，实现宁夏滩羊毛皮“梦幻色“染色．根据染料性状控制时间、温度及pH值来控制上染率，以达到在一整张毛皮上染出由深到浅，缓缓而至的过渡色，从而达到无缝拼的集多种颜色为一体的“一毛多色”梦幻般彩色立体效果．使用“梦幻色”染色技术达到了完整图案的整皮无缝拼，多种图案色彩自然过渡，从而产生朦胧的色彩且立体感强，整张毛皮利用率可提高70％～80％．

The ＂color dreams＂ dyeing of Ningxia beach Woolfell was carried out usmg the environment-friendly discharge agent from German Basifu compary, combined with intermittment discharge technology by the means of water bath dyeing,spray-painting dyeing and knot printing dyeing, fuming and braisign,and so on. The dye uptake can be controlled according to dye behaviors control time, temperature and pH,then to reach transition color from deep to fair slowly,thus achieving seamless integration achieves the multi-colored hair filled with dreamful and colorful three-dimensional effects. Seamless fight to achieve a complete picture of the entire paper using the ＂color dreams＂ dyeing technology, multipictorial colors transited naturally, then creating hazy color and strong third dimension, the utilization rate of the entire fur can be increased over 70 % to 80 %.
