In order to achieve the temperature closed-loop control and improve the precision and reliability in the screw antrum of the plastic injection-molding machine, a kind of temperature automatic device is designed for the plastic injection-molding machine. The system is based on fuzzy control technology. It can determine the temperature from the screw antrum and control the temperature to meet requirement set. The results shows that the system run reliably and control aaccurately.
