Thoughts and measures on accelerating the development of private enterprises in western China

为了探讨西部民营企业的发展问题,通过分析地区发展差距和民营企业发展差距的关系,根据制约西部民营企业发展的因素以及西部的潜在优势,围绕当地自然资源、国有企业退出、以及发展企业集团和高新技术开发区来带动民营企业发展,并创造有利于民营企业发展的软环境,切实解决民营企业贷款难问题。

There lies a big difference of the private enterprises between the east and the west areas in China. According to the factors limiting the development of private enterprises and their potential superiority in the west area, the paper pointed out that private enterprises in the west should make use of the over-all local natural resources, take advantage of the exit of the state-owned enterprises, form enterprises groups and establish hi-tech development zone so as to accelerating the development of private enterprises. Apart from this, private enterprises need to create a beneficial climate for their future development. Attention should also be paid to solve the crediting difficulties of private enterprises.
