摘要
目的优化甲壳素盐酸水解制备氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐的制备工艺。方法通过阶梯升温法,减少焦化,提高氨基葡萄糖的产率。结果在盐酸的浓度为8mol.L-1,水解6h,阶梯升温(从6090℃)的条件下,效果较为理想,产率接近67%。结论阶梯升温法可有效的提高氨基葡萄糖的产率。
Aim To optimize the preparation process of glucosamine hydrochloride. Method Through the way of elevating temperture, coking is reduced and the production rate of GAH is increased. Result In the condition that the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 8 mol · L^-1,hydrolytic time is 6 hours and the way of elevating temperature is ladder-elevating temperature( from 60℃ to 90℃ ) ,the effect is promising and the production rate is ahout 67%. Conclusion The way of elevating temperature can improve the production rate of GAH effectively.
