GC determination of residuum from macroporous adsorption resin in extractant from gardenia

摘要 目的建立测定栀子提取物中大孔吸附树脂残留正己烷、环己烷、正庚烷的方法。方法使用气相色谱法,采用DB-624毛细管柱。以氮气为载气,FID检测器,测定残留物含量。结果栀子提取物样品中未检出正己烷、环己烷、正庚烷;在所考察的浓度范围内线性关系良好,回收率在98.4%~103.1%,检测限0.24-0.58ng。结论该方法简便、灵敏度高,重复性好。结果准确,可用于栀子提取物的质量控制。 Aim To establish the method for determining n-Hexane,Cyclohexane and n-Heptane in extractant from gardenia. Method The GC system consisted of DB-624 capillary chromatographic column, nitrogen as the carrier gas,and FID as the detector. Results N- Hexane,Cyclohexane and n-Heptane were not found in extractant from gardenia. The mean recovery range from 97.6% to 103.4%. The limits of detection were 0.24 - 0. 58 ng. Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate and reproducible, and it can be used to control the quality of extractant from gardenia.
