摘要
目的采用溴甲酚绿法测定苦参总碱。方法利用溴甲酚绿结合生物碱后在420nm处有最大吸收，测定吸收度A，将A与苦参总碱的浓度建立线性关系。结果线性范围10—100mg·L^-1，r=0．9994，平均加样回收率101．47％，日内精密度和日间精密度分别为1．30％和3．31％。结论溴甲酚绿法检测苦参总碱含量方法可行可信。
Aim To determine total matrine concentration by exploring bromocresol green method. Method The max absorption of combining compounds is at 420 nm,and then it was used to determine the concentration of total matrine. Results Linear range is 10 - 100 mg · L^-1 ,r = 0. 999 4. Average recovery is 101.47%. The in-day precision in one day RSD is 1.30% and the between-day precision RSD is 3.31%. Conclusion The method is applicable and credible.
