结直肠癌患者空腹血糖水平的回顾性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析结直肠癌患者空腹血糖水平,探讨结直肠癌与空腹血糖的关系。方法收集近5年来资料完整的结直肠癌住院病例41例,非结直肠癌住院病例35例作为对照,分别记录入院后第一个24h内的采血的1次空腹血糖值,并进行分析。结果结直肠癌平均空腹血糖值为5.92mmol·L-1,对照组为5.21mmol·L-1,两者差异无显著性(P>0.05)。若将结直肠癌患者与大致正常肠黏膜者的空腹血糖值(4.81mmol·L-1)比较,两者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论空腹血糖水平升高与结直肠癌的发生有关,预示2型糖尿病可能是结直肠癌发生的又一高危因素。 Aim To study the relationship between colorectal cancer and fasting glucose levels through analyzing fasting glucose levels in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods 41 cases with colorectal cancer and 35 cases with Non-colorectal cancer were collected in the last 5 years, fasting glucose levels of inpatients were examined 24 hours after being hospitalized. Results Fasting glucose levels means 5.92 mmol·L^-1 in eoloreetal cancer and 5.21 mmol·L^-1 in the controls. There is no significant difference between them. There is significant difference while colorectal cancer compared with normal coloretal mueos (4.81 mmol·L^-1, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion High fasting glucose levels may be associated with the development of colorectal cancer, predicting that type 2 diabetes mellitus is possible risk factor for colorectal cancer in China.
