围产期预激综合征的心电图监测及预后分析

ECG detecting preexcitation syndrome in perinatal period and the analysis of prognosis

目的探讨预激综合征孕妇的心电图特征及与临床预后的关系。方法对我院109例围产期预激综合征患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果围产期发生心律失常者31例,占28.4%。其中WPW综合征A型5例,B型17例,LGL综合征2例,隐匿性预激综合征7例。结论预激综合征患者妊娠期间心律失常的易感性增加,并以房室旁束(kent束)参与的室上性心动过速最常见。

Objective： To evaluate the ECG characteristics of pregnant women with preexcitation syndrome and the relationship with clinical prognosis. Methods： 109 eases with preexcitation syndrome in perinatal period were analysed in our hospital.Results：31 cases of arrhythmia were occured in perinatal period （28.4%） ,in about of that, WPW syndrome：type A 5 cases,type B 17 cases.LGL syndrome 2 cases,7 cases of concealed preexcitation syndrome. Conclusion： Patients with preexcitation syndrome were susceptible to arrhythmis,and it was most usual in supraventricular tachyeardia with accessory pathway （Kent）.
