夏谷新品种“冀特5号粘谷”的选育

从山东粘谷中系统选育出“冀特５号粘谷”，夏播生育期８３ｄ，适宜冀中南夏谷区种植，亦可春谷晚播。提出了栽培技术要点。经试验其产量与谷子高产品种的产量差异不显著，粘性与黍子相同，小米含蛋白质１０．８５％，脂肪４．３１％，赖氨酸０．２３％，直链淀粉含量３７ｇ／ｋｇ。
